In vieu, of the above findings, the u,rit petil-ion is dismisse d by granting iiberty to the petitioner to approach competent Court for challenging the order dated 27.10.2025 passed in GWOP No.23 of 2024 on the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in appropriate proceedings.
