This Contempt Case is filed alleging wiilful and deliberate violation oI order dated 02.04.2O24 passed 1n W.P.No.8459 of 2024. \/ide the said order, this Court disposed of the writ petition directing the respondents to dr:posit thc decretal amount in terms of the order and decree, dated 14.11.2022, passed in O.P.No123 of 1995 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.13.Nagar, to the credit of 8.P.No.227 of 2Ol4 in O.P.No.123 of 1995 on Lhe file of tht: I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, AS expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of four (04) months from the clate of receipt of copy of the said order. 4. In view of the same, the cause in this Cr ntempt Case does not survir,e and this Courl deems it approp riate to close the contempt Case. Since, the dispute s regarding calculation of payments, the petitioner reques:ed to grant -tiberty to agitate the same before the appropriatr: l:rum.

5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievance before the appropriate forum. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
