JUSTICE SUREPALLI NANDA ORDER: Heard Ms. P.Sumalatha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture, appearing on behalf of respondent No.3.

3. a) The petitioner studied Bachelor of Science (Honors) in 2nd respondent university and secured I Division in the main 2 SN, J examination. Thereafter, the petitioner appeared for All India Examination for admission in the Agricultural courses (AIEEA) (PG)-202rt conducted by the Indian council of Agricultural Research on 03.07 .202s through online and secured 2990th rank. ii) Thereafter, 1st respondent issued provisional/Tentative Merit List of the pG Applicants for the Academic year 2o2s-26 and the retitioner's name was placed at serial No.27 and the petitioner got rejected with a remark that *uG college not accrediterJ by ICAR". iii) Imrnediately, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 31.10.2025 to the 1't respondent seeking to review the petitioner''s application for securing admission into the pG Agronom/ course in 1st respondent, hourever, the respondent authoritie:s had not considered the said representation as on date. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner approached the Court by filing the present lVrit petition.

Learned counsel app.ea "ng on behalf of the petitioner submits that 2nd respondent is accredited as per the guidelines of the Indian Council of Agricultrrral Research (ICAR), as per F.No. L|OS/2025-EQ/Edn, dated 08.09.2025 and the accreditation \^Jas accorded by the Ccordlnator, ICAR, New Delhi, and therefore, the request of the petitioner for admission into PG Agronorny course in 1't respondent has to be reconsidered by 1't respondent herein in accordance to law and the application of the petitioner vide application No.PJTAU-PG-2025-00209 needs to be reviewed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner further submits that the petitioner even submitted a representation dated 31.10.2025 to review the petitioner's application for securing admission into the PG Agronomy course in 1tt respondent institution, but the same had not been considered as on date and hence the Writ Petition could be disposed of directing 1't respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.10.2025 in accordance to law, with a reasonable period.

(b) The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government pleader for Agriculture, appearing on behalf of respondent No.3. (c,) The fact that the petitioner made an application No, PJTAU-PG-2025-OO2O9, rank of SC-445 vide Rank card Roll No. TLo7o1ol2s for securing the admission into the pG Agronomy course in lrt res,pondent institution and the same had not been considered as on date, by the l"t respondent herein. Th,e Writ petition is disposed of directing 1st respondent to reconsider the petitioner,s application No.PJTAU-PG-2025-oo2o9 for securing the admission into the PG rrgronomy course in ltt respondent institution, duly considering the petitioner's representation dated 5 SN, J
31.10.2025 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance to law, in conformity with principles of natural justice by providing an opportunity of personal lrearing to the petitioner, and duly communicate the decision on the representation dated 31.10.2025 to the petitioner herein. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
