The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE JTIWADI SRIDEVI I.A.Nos.3 &,4 of 2024 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No. 152OS of 2024 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is liled under Section 528 of BNSS by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 10 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in S.C.No.54 of 2018 on the hle of the learned VII Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Sessions Judge for trial of olfences under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short 'the Act'), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 42O, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and Sections 3(1)(s)(r) and 3(2)(va) of the Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 1O eLs well as respondent No.2, that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter arrd accordingly, I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of lLO24 have 2 been filed to record the compromise between them and to compound the offences.

03. Vide orders dated i6.L2.2O24, this Court directed the parties along with their respective learned counsel to appea_r before the Secretar;r, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report.

05. In view of the above, I.A.Nos.3 &, 4 of 2024 are a-llowed.
