Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondent authorities in not taking any steps to conduct F-Line survey, identify boundaries, remove illegal encroachments, and restore possession of the Petitioner's assigned land admeasuring Ac.5,00 in Sy,No.884l1, situated at Jamedar Banjara 7 Village, Dammapeta Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, to the lawful possession of the Petitioner, despite repeated representations dt.31 .10.202s and despite statutory directions issued by the Telangana State commission for scheduled castes and scheduled rribes and the police authorities, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violative of Articles 14, 21, 46, 244and 300-4 of the constitution of lndia' contrary to the provisions of the Telangana Assigned Lands (prohibition of rransfers) Act, 1977, and consequently direct the Respondent authorities to forthwith evict the illegal occupants/respondent No.7 and restore possession of the subject land in favour of the petitioner. lA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under section 151 cPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit fired in support of the petition, the High court may be preased to direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 6 to afford immediate and adequate police protection to the life and property of the Petitioner in respect of the petitioner,s assigned land admeasuring Ac.5.00 in sy.No.8 8411, situated at Jamedar Banjara Village' Dammapeta tvandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, by restraining the Respondent No.7, his men, agents or anybody ctaiming through him from trespassing into, interfering with, damaging the fencing, or committing any acts of violence and illegat dispossession of the Petitioner from the subject land, pending disposal of the above Writ petition. 2. Heard Mr. B.Sai vamshi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue J I, I I I i \ --*'i - 2 appearing for respondent Nos.l to 6. Notice in respect ofrespondent No.7 is dispensed with. Perused the record.

With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission. 4- When the matter is taken up for consideration, leamed counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 6 to examine and pass appropriate orders on his F-Line Application No.D8R022501220071, dated 15.09.2025 for subdivision in respect of land to the extent of Ac.5.00 Guntas in Sy.No.8g4/l situated at Jamindar Banjara Village, Dammapeta Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District ('subject land' for brevity).

5. Learned Assistant Govemment pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents seeks short span of time to dispose of the F-Line application submitted by the petitioner.

6. Having regard to the submissions of both the leamed counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by directing respondents to pass appropriate orders on the application dated 15.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner for subdivision ofsubject land, strictly in accordance 3 with [aw, by issuing notice to the petitioner as well as unofficial respondent and all interested parties and afford them sufficient opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible.
