On a perusal ol the entire complaint, though lraud, forger,r', breacl-r of trust, false prornises are alleged, the conrplaint reflects that chequcs issued rvere dishonoured and the bank deposit slips for an amount of Rs.60.00 crores of Indursrnd Bzrnl<. clated BIrr. 14il) and l6tt' of April, 2024 are atlcged to bc l'al<e and forged. These are the tn'o priman' allegations. Respondent No.2 u'as at libertl' to initiate proceedings under the appropriate Act (Negotiable Irlstrumerlts Act, 1BB1) lor dishonor of cheques. There rs no bar for a compiarnt to be lodged for offences of cheating and breach of trust etc., in the given sct of the facts of the case. '22.
