2. Heard Mr. V.V.S.N.Raju, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 8. Learned Assistant Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 8. Perused the record. 2
3. With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.
4. When the rnatter is taken up for consideration, leamed counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 8 to examine and pass appropriate orders on his Bhubharati Application No.2500046180, dated 26.06.2025 for conducting survey of missing survey number and correction of pattedar passbook in respect of Sy.No. ll8l4/3 to the extent of Ac.3.19 Guntas.

Learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue seeks short span of time to dispose ol the Bhubharati Application No.2500046180, dated 26.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner. 6- Having rcgard to the submissions of both the leamed counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent Nos.2 to 8 to pass appropriate orders on the Bhubharati Application No.25000461U0, dated 26.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey of missing survey number and correction of pattedar passbook in respect of Sy.No.118l4l3 to the extent of Ac.J.l9 Guntas, strictl/ in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the / ,/ II / 3 petitioner and all interested parties and afford them sufficient opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible. 7 With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of.
