MADHAW DEVI WRIT ON No.33 of2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering the representations of the petitioners dated I 8. 1 I .2024, 06.02.2025, 15.03.2025, 02.04.2025 and
29.09.2025 and also in taking action against respondent No.13 and 14, who are operating the stone crusher units in the buffer zone of Kawal Tiger Wild Life Sanctuary at Utnoor Mandal, Adilabad District, without obtaining the necessary statutory approvals from the concerned Departments, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Sri Hussain Aamir, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners had made representations dated I 8. I I .2024, 13 .02.2025, I 5 .03 .2025, 20.04.2025 and 29.09.2025 to the authorities seeking to take action against the illegal stone crushing activities in the buffer zone of Kawal Tiger wild Life Sanctq?ry at Utnoor Mandal, Adilabad District, and that the said representations were not considered by the respondent authorities. 3. Learned Government Pleader for Forests, appearing for respondents No.|,2,9 & 10, has forwarded a copy of the written instructions received by him, according to which, the subject stone crusher unit is 1.042 KM away from the Kawal Reserve Forest and falls within the Buffer Zone of Kawal Tiger Reserve area. It is also stated that respondents No.12 and 13 have not taken any permission from respondent No.9 i.e., the Conservator of Forests/Field Director Project Tiger, Kawal Tiger Reserve Circle, Mancherial, Telangana, and respondent No.10 i.e., the District Forest Officer, Adilabad District and that the allegation made by the petitioners that permission for mining has been granted to respondents No.l2 and 13 in buffer zone of Kawal Tiger Reserve is false and baseless. It is further stated that the representations of the petitioners would now be taken into consideration and appropriate action will be taken accordingly

In view of written instructions forwarded by learned Government Pleader for Forests, this Court deems it fit and proper to : dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage with a direction to respondents No.1,2,9 & 10 to look into the matter and to take action in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the concemed. The 3 TMDJ w_33966 2025 entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
