With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "...Declaring the inaction of respondent No.4 in not registeing FIR against the respondent No.S for the offences of forgery, cheating, intimidation and mischief as illegal, arbitrary, uiolatiue of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and seeking consequential direction to respondent No.4 to register FIR against *Le respondent No.S for the aboue said offences ..."

Facts of the case in brief as stated are that the petitioner claims to be the absolute owner and possessor of the land bearing Plot No.32 admeasuring 177 square yards, Plot No.33 admeasuring 233 square yards, Plot No.34 admeasuring 233 sqyare yards, Plot No.35 admeasuring 233 square yards and plot No.37 admeasuring 300 square yards total admeasuring 1476 square yards or its equivalent to 1233.93 square meters in survey No.8O situated at Kuntloor Village, Abdullapurmet Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, under Pedda Amberpet I 2 Municipality, under registration sub-District Hayathnagar having purchased the same for a valuable sale consideration from his lawful vendor sri Surabhi Sathi Reddy represented by his GPA holder Sri Boddu Damodhar Reddy under the 'registered Sale Deed Document No.4812 of 2o2s dated t2.og.2025 registered before the Sub-Registrar, Hayathnagar. It is further submitted that respondent No.5 purchased agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.10 guntas in Survey No.g3, situated at Kuntloor village under Kuntloor Grampanchayat, Ranga Reddy District, within the registration Sub-District, Hyderabad East under the registered sale Deecl Document No.406l of 2025 dated 31.or.2o12 registered before the sub- Registrar, Hayathnagar and later respondent No.5 had converted the same into plots without any authorized layout and sold the plots to different individuals. 4- The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.5 is in no way concerned with the plots purclrased by the petitioner, misrepresented the same and sold the plots in Survey No.8o instead of his plots in survey No.g3 and the respondent No.5 and his vendees who are unknown to the petitioner interfering into the plots of the petitioner and claiming them at their plots and threatening the petitioner to handover the same. It is further stated that petitioner approached ) J I 3 respondent No.4 and lodged a complaint against the respondent No.5 and requested to take necessary action against the respondent No.S but titl date FIR was not registered against the respondent No.S. Aggrieved by the same, the present ',vrit .petition is filed. \

Learned Government Pleader for Home on instructions submitted by the respondent No.4 would submit that petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 21.1o.2o25 with respondent No.4 against the respondent No.S and pursuant to the said complaint a GD entry as well as petition entry uide No.RCK/HYNR-RCHKD l2llo25l03398 dated 21. 10.2025 was made and enquiry was conducted. During the course of enquiry visited. the scene of offence and 6 witnesses have been examined and their detailed statements were recorded, wherein it was revealed that the matter is purely civil in nature, as such the above petition has been closed as "civil in nature" on 3O.IO.2O25 and the same has been intimated to the petitioner through SMS by suggesting to approach competent Civil Court for redressal of his grievances.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances and also in view of the closing of the case by the respondents as civil in nature, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the I I .t 4 case, this writ petition is disposed of. However, petitioner may seek appropriate remedy as available under law. 7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
