Learned Scnior Counsel for the petitioners submits that after hling this writ petition a Division \ 2 SK, J W.P.No.33932 of 2025 Y{'{\r \ - Bench of this Court has allowed W.A.No.754 of 2022 ort 12.12.2025 and in view of the same, the impugned refusal order passed by the respondent No.4 has to be reconsidered.

3. Both the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.5 and 6 have not disputed with regard to disposal of W.A.No.754 of 2022 on 12.12.2025.

After hearing both sides and perusal of the record, this Court is of the considered view that the impugned refusal order passed by the respondent No'4 was only basing on the interim order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in I.A.No.4 of 2023 in W.A.No.754 of 2022 dated 02.02.2023 and also pendency of Contempt Case No.522 of 2025 before this Court. In view of the disposal of W.A.No'754 of 2022 on 12.12.2025, the order passed in I.A.No'4 of 2023 in W.A.No.754 of 2022 d'ated O2-O2.2O23 is merged with the final order in W.A.No.754 of 2022 and the 3 SK, J ,\ P. No.33932 of 2O2S respondent authorities have to reconsidr r the case of the petitioner for registration of the subj rct document as per law.
