It is stated that the petitioner is the pattadar and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.5.0O gts., in Sy.No.35/5, situated at Gagillapur Village, Chandampet Mandal, Nalgonda District and the revenue authorities have mutated her name in the revenue records and also issued pattadar passbook and title deed as per the provisions ofthe Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the ROR AcL, 197 l") and the Rules made thereunder. It is further stated that she has received various I 2 t\ lncentrves as investment subsidies sancdoned by the Government under various schemes for cultivation of her land. The case of the petitioner is that when she was not issued new e_pattadar passbook under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O (for short.the ROR Act,2O2O,,l, she has submitted online applica tion uide No.23OO137446. The grievance ol the petitioner is that even after receiving the said application, the respondent authorities are not considering the same for issuance of e-pattadar pass books. Hence, the writ petition.

3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently contended that that the entries made in the pattadar passbook are only compilation of the survey numbers and the accounts for the extent being mentioned in a particular village, therefore, it does not take away the right of the petitioner in any manner unless the entries in the revenue records have been corrected bv following due procedure.

5. Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed the 7 3 submission of the dharani application and it is stated that if the application submitted by the petitioner fulfils all the requiremenrs, I the respondent authorities will consider the same.

In view of the above submissions, this Court, without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to examine the online application uide No.2300137446 submitted by the petitioner and if the petitioner fulfils all the requirements mentioned in CCLA's circular No. I of 2021, dated 15.01.2021 and Circular No. 1 of 2O24, dated, 28.O2.2024 [or issuance of e-pattadar passbook under the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O, consider the same and pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
