It is stated that the petitioner is the pattadar and possessor 2. of land admeasuring Ac.S.OO gts., in Sy'No'35/6, situated at Gagillapur Village, Chandampet Mandal, Nalgonda District and the revenue authorities have mutated his name in the revenue records and also issued pattadar passbook and title deed as per the provisions ofthe Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 197 I (for short "the ROR Act, 1971") and the Rules made thereunder. tt is further stated that he has received various 2 incentives as investment subsidies sanctioned by the Government under various schemes for cultivation of his land. The case of the petitioner is that when he was not issued new e-pattadar passbook under the provisions of the Teiangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the ROR Act, 2O2O"l, he has submitted online application uide No.2400OO9OO7, dated O3.O3.2O24. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the said application, the respondent authorities are not considering the same for issuance of e-pattadar pass books. Hence, the writ petition.

3. Consrdered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent this writ petition IS disposed ofat the admission stage.

4. karned counsel for ttre petitioner has vehemently contended that that the entries made in thc pattadar passbook are only compilation of the survey numbers and the accounts for the extent being mentioned in a particular village, therefore, it does not take away the right of the petitioner in anv manner unless the entries in the revenue records have been corrected by following due procedure.

5. Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Govcrnment Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents h.)s not disputecl the 3 submission of the dha-rani application and it is stated that if ttle application submitted by the petitioner fulhls all the requirements, tl-re respondent authorities will consider the same.

In view of the above submissions, this Court, without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to exarnine the online application uide No.24OOOO9OO7. dated O3.O3.2O24 submitted by the petitioner and if the petitioner fulhls all the requirements mentioned in CCLA's circular No.1 of 2021, dated 15.01.2021 and Circular No.1 of 2024, daLed 28.02.2024 for issuance of e-pattadar passbook under the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O, consider the same and pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
