This writ petition is filecl seeking following prayer "to declare thc nction of the Responderts in not depositing the compensation as per the Auard and Decree in L.A.O.P No.19 of 2022 dated 22.04.2024 on the file of Principal District ludge, Mahabubabnd, as illegal, nrbitrnry and aiolatioe of Article 300A of the Constittttion of lndin nntl consequently direct the Respondents No.7 to 5 herein to deposit 50 percent of tht decretal amount in L.A.O.P.No.79 of 2022 dntud 22.04.2024 ns per the orders of this Honble Court passed in I.A No.2 of 2024.in L.A.A.S No.76 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while dealing with the similar circumstance this Court in W.P.No.16529 of 2025 oide order dated \ L

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further pral' this Court to pass similar order as passed in W.P.No.16529 ot 2025 dated 17.0ti.12025.

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing ftr respondents did not dispute the same.
