Venkat Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Kakatiya University; and Mr. Vamshi Kiran yadav, leamed Governntent pleader for Higher Education for rr:spondent No.3; and peruse<I the material on record.

Mr. !'enkat Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Kakatiya University, furrrished minutes of the meeting held by the Crtmmittee constituted to enquire into the issue regarding shifting of the college, change of manallement and name of the college for the academic year 2024-25 of Bhaclruka Degree College for Commerce & BM, on 20.02.2025, pursuant to the orders passed.by this Court, wherein the following recomrnendations have been made: "D To ac,;ord permission to issue orders to (i) change of management r'ii) shifting of college from one leased building to another leased building and (iii) change of the name of the college Ibr thc academic year 2024-25 by mentioning all aborie deficiencies and putting a conditions to fulfil the same before applying lor grant of alfiliation lor the academi c year 2025_26. wP Nos-J2424 & 3{665 oF 202r ii) To grant temporary affiliation to the college for the academic year 2024-25 and accordingly ratiry the admissions of students by mentioning all above deficiencies and putting a conditions to fulfil the same before applying for grant of affiliation for the academic year 2025-26 ' iii) While granting above permissions and affrliations, the orders should mention the fact that said permissions and affiliation is temporary and conltnes to academic year 2024-25 only and is subject to outcome of judgement in W'P' No'32424 of 2024- W.P.
