Learned counsel for the petitioner sut:nits that Lord Ayyappa Devotees have been periorminq pr:r jas and taking shelter in the respondent No.4-Temple premises br over three (3) decades for u'hich, they pay reasonable donati I ts. Whileso, the Chairman of respondent No.4-Temple sudder ly stopped the devotees to periorm their regular poojas and u I rble to bear the humiliating u'ords of Temple officials, the Gtrrr Ss.amy of the Temple also made a complaint to the Uppal Poti:: Station, which was registered as Crime No. 151 I ol 2024 dated 26. 11.2024 and the same is pending investigation. He further cc rtends that the petitioner also made a representation to responcr( nt No.l. But no action has been taken till date. Therefore, he co. Ltends that due to inaction of respondent No.1, the devotees of 1r titioner are put to inconvenience and hardship. Therefore, hr, 5ssk. to pass appropriate orders.
4. Learned standing counsel for respondenl. No.3, by filing counter a-ffrdavit contends that he addressed I letter to the Deputy Commissioner of Endowments vide Letter No.14/SRSSSD/2025 informing that there E re no proper w I i l l l 3 facilities in the Temple to provide accommodation to the petitioner Samiti. Therefore, he seeks to dismiss the Writ Petition.
5. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 by filing counter affidavit concedes to the submissions of learned counsel for respondent No.3. I I

Having regard to the submissions of all the learned counsel and on perusal of the material available on record, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the Writ Petition by directing the respondents to allou, the Lord A5yappa Devotees to perform regular poojas and take shelter in the respondent No.3-temple until 15.01.2026 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- as donation to respondent No.3 Temple. Further, respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are directed to take appropriate steps to provide necessa_ry facilities/public conveniences to the devotees of Lord Ayyappa and the devotees of the respondent No.3-Temple from its own funds and with the financia-l assistance to be provided by the Government, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a l period of two (2) months from the date ol receipt rf a copy of the 4 order.
