Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of' the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well /""\ ''d 2 t: wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputes pending between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have filed I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 seeking permission to compromise the matter and to record the compromise entered between them respectively.

This court uid.e order, dated 10.11 .2o2s, directed the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to appear before the High court Legal Services committee, Hyderabad, on or before 1g.11 .2o2s. In compliance of the said order, the secretary, High court Legal Services committee, has submitted report, dated ls.11.2o2s, stating that the petitioner Nos.l to 8, 11 to 15 and lT to 20 and respondent ' No.2 were duly identified with copies of their .Aadhar cards/pan Card/Voter ID. It is further stated that the parties i.e. petitioner Nos.l to 8, 11 to 15 and L7 to 20 and respondent No.2 have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise.

5. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 has reported no objection to record the compromise between the parties, even in the absence of petitioner Nos.9, 10, and 16.

2. It Is submitted that the complainant was motivated and provided by the political enemies of Petitioners/ Accused. It is submitted that the petitioners have never participated or practiced .in these types of activities and the phone numbers email ids and the UPI Ids mentioned in the complaint and charge sheet does not belong to Accused and his family members

3. After registering the piece. FTR and came - to know about the chargesheet field along with the statements the complainant himself approached the Accused and revealed that it was a motivated complaint liled on the provocation of accused political enemies It is submitted that the complainant has nothing to do with the present criminal proceedings and he has filed the said complaint under the political influence/piessure and except the signing on the complaint the complainant does not know the contents of the complaint and the police have never examined him
