2. Heard sri G.Veera Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner .and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and perused the record Paec 2 of .l

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac. 1.02 guntas in Sy.No.777 lA, situated at Marpadga Village, Kondapaka Mandal, Siddipet District. The name of the petitioner was mutated in the revenue records as pattedar and also issued old Pattedar passbook uide Patta No. 1874. The respondent- authorities are not issuing ne\,\: pattedar passbook, the petitioner constrained to lile Online Application No.2500068036, dated 20.O9.2023
4. Originally one Kasa Balavva Qil Balamma is the owner and possessor of land to an extent of Acs.2.O4 guntas in Sy.No.777 /A, situated at Marpadga Village, Kondapaka Mandal, Siddipet District. The respondent-aurtborities also issued old pattedar passbooks to her vide No.602 basing on the old revenue records including pahanies l986- l9B7 to 2OO8-2OO9. Subsequently, as a successor, the petitioner got to an extent of Ac. l.o2 guntas and was also issr-red pattedar passbook and the petitioner's brother's wife acquired her iG*., .,"-,e,r rri'iaiki**ii*i=.eu#,1ffi:,Iffi-",r+ I'age 3 of 4 share of Ac.l.O2 guntas issued old and new pattedar passbooks to her. in Sy.No.777 /A

Basing on the old revenue records, the respondent- authorities issued ne\,v pattedar passbook uide No.T10L2OOL29O4 to the petitioner but in the new passbook respondent Nos.2 to 4 are missing to mutate the subject land to an extent of Ac.1.O2 guntas in Sy.No.777 l .. Hence, the petitioner app the respondent-authorities and made several applications including Online Dharani and Bhu-Bharati applications to rectify the said error and to ISStle new pattedar passbook uide Application No.2500068036, dated lp O7.2O25. Despite receiving, the respondent-authorities are not acting upon it. Ff..r"", the present writ petition.
6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue t \ would submit that the Online Application submitted by the petitioner uide Application No.2500068036, dated
16.07.2025 is under consideration. The respondent- I'agc 4 of 4 authorities will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the Application No.2500068036, dated t6.O7.2025 submitred by the petitioner, strictly in accordance .,vith law b1. putting the petitioner and all affected parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. If respondent Nos.2 to 4 are not inclined to accept the request made by the pet itioner, they shall pass an order assigning specific reasons and communicate copy of the said order to the petitioner. They shall complete the entire as expeditiously as possible and in accordance rvith law. There shall be no order as to costs.
