During the Land Records Updation Program (LRUP) ner,r,' Telangana Passbook No.TO5O7O03O707 was also issued vr,ith Khata No.60377 on 07.07.2021 and the petitioner- Company name has been reflecting in 'Land detail search' option in Dharani/ Bhu-Bharati Portal. In the month of July, 2022 to the astonishment of the petitioner that the above- mentioned lands \\rere illegally marked as National Katha/Houses sites by creating sub division survey numbers i7B/1 and 179 11 rn Dharani Portal and also blocked the above- mentioned agricultural lands from the further transactions bv listing the above lalds in prohibited list. After verifying the Dharani Portal EC, it is noticed that two online transactions uide "ACQ LAND Transaction Nos.2101084454 and LAG2 10OO2O291" seems to be filed by unknou'n person and the same were entertained and approved u.ithout giving any notice to the petitioner

Respondent Nos.2 and 3 without verifying the revenue records and without issuing any notice to the petitioner, contrary to the provisions of Act, 9 of 2020 wrongly marked the above mentioned agricultural lands .- l'ulc-l of 6 "notional/khata/house sites" based on two online transactrons There is no provision in Dharrrni potal/Bhu- Bharati Portal to obtain certilicd copies of th: transactions made through Dharani potal/ Bhu-Bharati Portal and the petitioner-Company made reprcsentation on I 9. 1O.2022 for issuance of certified copies of completc file of two transactions and details of the persons u,ho :rpplied for the same rn resip€'ct oI the subjcct lands. As per thr: said letter, the petitioner made one other representation dated 15.O9.2025 to respondent NIo.3 seeking to furnish the certilied copies ol the com c ete file in transaction uide ACQ LAND Transaction Nos 2101084454 I'age 5 of 6 and LAG2 lOOO2O29l through the Dharani portal and rhe details of the persons who applied for the same in respect of I I the agricultural lands to an extent of Acs. 13.32 guntas in Sy.No.178 and Acs. 19. 12 guntas ln Sy.No.179, totally admeasuring Acs.33.O4 guntas, situated at Vatinagullapally village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. But, respondent No.3 has not chosen to issue the certified copies Hence, the present u,rit petition.

7. Learned Assistant (iovernment Pleader for Revenue seeks to direct the petitioner Company to make an application under Right to Inlormation Act, 2OO5 to the concerned authority.
