Ms.Nikita Goenka, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in somervhat similar circumstances, while dealing with Writ Petition No.20121 of 2025, this Court by order dt.l4.O7 '2025 dirccted the rcspondcnts authorities therein to release the servicc connection, subject to the compliance of the statutory requirements by the petitioner therein, and hence, requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. Since the prayer of petitioner is to receive the application form and rclease individual service connections, this Court without going into merits of the matter, directs the respondents to receive the applications of petitioners and release individual service connections to the subject property, subject to petitioners complying with the directions issued by the Hon,ble Supreme Court in RaJendra Kumar BarJatga,s case (supra) and the statutory re quirements prescribed by the local authorities. 6 The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
