04.12.2024 and 07.O2.2025 to respondent No.6 along rvirh all relevanl documents for mutating hcr name in thc re venue records and for issuance of pattedar passbook. Despite recciving the same, the respondent nuthorities have not acted upon it

The State Governmcnt u'as amended lhe Telangana Riglrts in Land and Pattedar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (Act No.9 of 2O2O) and enacted The Telangana Bhu-Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (Act No.1 of 2025) in the month of Janrrary, 2025 and the same ri'as published in the Gazette, P.lV B, (trxt.), dated 04.01.2025 and Scction 2 (12) (1) (i6) of The Telangana Bhu-Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (Act No.1 of 2025\ and for the same, the petitioner is entitled to mutate her name in the revenue records and for rs suance of pattedar passbook and title deed.
