Having regard to the above submission, this Court directs respondent No.3 to look into the objections submitted by the petitioner vidc representations dt.23.o9.2025, 22. |o.202-.1 :rrrd 2f3- 1o.2o25 with regard to dual membership of somc of the rnclrbers o[ the 4th respondent society and takc a decisiotr lhereon cxpeditiously' prelerably within a period o[ two (O2) r'vecks from toclav by giving notices to the Concerned and till sucl.r time, the 4ll.rcsprlnclent Socicty shall not be referred for grant of sand mining lease
