Learned counsel for thc petitioners submits that this writ petition is filed by the petitioners questioning the action of the respondents in not deleting and. continuing to retain the subject property ;n the pr:ohibitory list maintained under Section 22 (a) of the Indian Registration Act, 1908 and in the Rolt portal and further not considering the grant of NOC (No objection certificate) for

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in similar circumstances, this court disposed of the W.P.No.22093 of 2025 on 05.08.2025 and requested ro pass sinrilar order in this writ petition also.

4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Governr:eent Pleader for Starn-ps and Registration is not disputing the submission made by the learned counsel for 3 SK, J W.P.No.33655 of 2O25 the petitioners with regard to the disposal of w.p.No.22og3 of 2025, dated 05.08.2025. ,

In view of the above made submissions by both sides and for the reasons alike in the order in W.P.No.22O93 of 2025, dated 05.08.2025, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to consider the representations dated 07 . LO .2025 submitted by the {. l. petitioners respectively for deletion of the subject property situated at Supritha Nagar, Manne Muthyalamma Kunta, Turkayamjal Revenue Village, Abdultapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, from List of Prohibitory Properties in terms of the proceedings issued by the respondent No"3 vide Lr.B /84 I 434512O2L, dated 27 .O8.2O22 and consequent Memo No. 1 5738lGL 12022, dated O2.O9.2022 issued by the District Registrar/respondent No.6. If the respondent No.3 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioners herein, he shall pass a reasoned order and communicate a copy of the said order to the petitioners herein. The petitioners herein are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of open plot Nos.59 and 62 (Eastern Part) in Survey Nos.536, 537, 657 and 65g, situated at Manne Muthyalamma Kunta, Turkayamjar Municipality, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, on the strength of two registered sale deeds bearing document Nos. lo44z of 2023 and 9167 of 2016, dated 17.08.2023 and 16.02.2016 respectively. The aforesaid properties are kept in the List of prohibitory Properties. Therefore, the petitioners herein have sought for ,No objection certificate' (Noc) by way of submitting representation dated 14.03.2024 to the 3'd respondent and to delete the subject properties from the List of Prohibitory properties in terms of decision of the 3'd responden t vide Lr.BlE4l434s/2021, dated

27.08.2022 and, the consequent Memo No.1 5738/Gl/z0zz, dated ,;, Z KL,J W.P.No.22093 of 2025

02.09.2022 issued by the 6th respondent. Despite receiving and acknowl:dging the said representation, 3'd respondent did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of 3'd respondent, the petitioners filed the present writ petition.

3. Sri B. Vrjay B. Paropkari, learned counsel for the petitione rs, on instructions, would contend that though the petitione,rs submitted representation dated 14.03.2024 to 3'd respondt:nt seeking issuance of NOC and also to delete the subject property from the List of Prohibitory Properties, the petitioners are restrictirrg their relief only to a direction to the 3'd respondent to delete '.he subject properties from the List of Prohibitory Properti:s.

Perusal of record would reveal that vide order dated 21,.06.2021 in W.P.No.13624 of 2021, this Court directed the 3'd respond:nt - District Collector to consider the claim of the petitiont:r therein to delete Plot No.62 (Part), Plot No.64 (Part) and Ptot No.74 (Part) covered by the subject Layout consists of the aforesaiC Survey Numbers from the List of Prohibitory Properties and dispose of the said request made by the petitioner therein. If I 3 KL.J W.P.No.22093 of 2025 he is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner therein, he shall pass orders duly assigning reasons and communicate copy of the said order to the petitioner therein

5. Pursuant to the said order, dated 21.06.2021 in W.P No.13624 of 2021 and the consequential contempt proceedings in C.C. No.l586 of 2021, the 3'd respondent has taken steps for deletion of the af,oresaid plots from the list of prohibitory properties vide proceedings Lr.B,184434512021, dated 27 .08.2022 subject to the result of LRA No.8 of 2022. On receipt of the said proceedings dated 21.08.2022, respondent No.2 issued a Memo No.G3l868412022, dated 02.09.2022 to respondent No.6 to take further necessary action as per Act and Rules in vogue. Pursuant to the said Memo, dated 02.09.2022 of respondent No.2, vide Memo No.157381G112022, dated 02.09.2022, respondent No.6 deleted PIot Nos.62 (Part),64(Part) and 74 (Part) in Survey Nos.536, 537, 657 and 658, situated at Manne Muthyalamma Kunta, Turkayamjal Village and now under Municipality, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Rangareddy District. Therefore, the petitioners herein are also 4 KLJ W.P.No.22093 of 2025 standing on the very same footing. To maintain pafity, they are also entitled lbr the same relief.

In the light of, the aforesaid discussion, this writ petition is dispcsed of directing the 3"i respondent to consider the representation dated 14.03.2024 submitted by the petitioners herein for deletion of the subject Plots i.e., Plot No.62 (Eastern Part) and Plot No.59 in Survey Nos.536, 537, 657 and 658, situated at Manne Muthyalamma Kunta, Turkayamjal Village and Municip,ality, Abdullapurrnet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, from List of I'rohibitory Properties in terms of the proceedings issued by the 3'd r.espondent vide Lr.BlE4l4345l202l, dated 27.08.2022 and the con:;equential Memo No.l5738lGI12022, dated 02.09.2022 of the 6th l'espondent. If the 3'd respondent is not inclined to accept the reqtrest made by the petitioners herein, he shall pass a reasoned order and communicate a copy of the said order to the petitioners herein.
