Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners, who are aged parents of respondent Nos.4 and 5, are suffering due to ill-treatment of respondent Nos.4 and 5, the petitioners frled application uide case No.G/77O12O25 before respondent No.3, under Section 5 of the Maintenalce and 2 Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2O0l . He further submitted that respondent No.3 uide order dated t5.04.2025 in case No.Gl77Ol2025 granted monthly mir ntenance of Rs.8,500/- only to the petitioners, against which, he petitioners preferred an appeal before respondent No.2 or 20.06.2025. However, the same was not acknowledged by re: pondent No.2 till date. Therefore, he seeks a direction to resprt rdent No.2 to register and dispose of the appeal of the pe,: :ioners dated

20.06.2025 pending before respondent No.2.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare for respondent Nos.1 to 3 seeks shor : span of time to register and dispose of the appeal dated 20.06.12 )25, preferred by the petitioners.

Having regard to the submissions of both tt e parties and upon considering the material available on recorcl this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directrr g respondent No.2 to register and number the appeal pref :rred by the petitioners, if it is otherwise in order and to dispo,; : of the same, strictly in accordalce with law by issuing necessa- ' notice to the . 3 petitioners and all interested witnesses and afford them suflicient opportunity of hearing, as expeditiously as possible. 6 With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of.
