Mayur Reddy, learned Senior counsel appearing for sri Md.Amer Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. s. sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents.

The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner would submit that the r,vrit petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in including the petitioner,s private property bearing Municipal D.No. lg-2-rz /2L / l to 3 (PTI No. 1051927256), admeasuring to an extent 160 Sq.Yards, situated at Misrigunj, Hyderabad (hereinafter referred to as 'subject property) in the prohibited list without any basis and contrary to the record.

The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner would further submit that originally the subject property belongs to one Mohd.Iqbal, who purchased the same vide sale Deed 2 sl(,J No.557 of tgTO dated 04.05. l97O after obtaining permission vide File Nos.78lOpen/ 19 l70 and 213 /41 ctated 09.12.1g7o. The said Mohd.tqbal sold the subject property same to one Mohd.Abdul Hekeem, vide registered sale deed No. lo27 0f 1988, dated 09.12.L987, from whom petitioner purchased the subject property through registered sale deed No.2181 of 2024 clatecl 15-O7 '2024 and' the name of the petitioner has also been mutated in the municipal records and property tax is also being paid by the petitioner and also has an active electricity connection from TGPDC vide service connection No.M30O4l26' On 04.1 0.2025 the GHMC authorities have also issued a notice to the petitioner on 04.1O.2O25 under Section 213 of the GHMC Act calling upon him to furnish particulars regarding the land owned. by him, for which the petitioner submitted his explanation. Now, the respondent authorities, without any basis, have included the subject propertyintheprohibitedlistunderSecton22-AoftheAct and the same is arbitrary and illegal' 3 SK,J

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would further submit that after filing the instant writ petition, the petitioner filed a representation to the respondent Nos-4 and 5 on 10.11.2025 requesting them to delete the subject property from the prohibited list and requested to direct the respondent Nos.4 and 5 to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.1I.2025.

On the other hand the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration would submit that the respondent No.5 will pass appropriate orders on the representation fiIed by the petitioner dated 10.1L.2025 and requested to pass appropriate orders. In view of the submissions made by both sides,
6. without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.5 to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 10.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, 4 SKJ within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
