Irarned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearlng on behalf of respondents has placed a copy of instructions issued by Sub-Inspector of Police, Allapur Police Station and would submit that wife o[ respondct.rt No.S lodged a complaint before respondent No.6 alleging lhat petitioner did not allo"v respondent No.B to take her study certificates and houschold articles from the subject premises. Pursuant to the same, rcspondent No'6 made a Petition Entry and during the coursc of enquiry' respondent No.6 called the petitioncr to Policc Station for enquiry, however, petitioner did not cooperate n'ith tl-re enquiry' A fresh complaint was lodged a.g:Linst thc pel-ition(ir b,r' respondent No.8 and a case was registered in Cr'No 577/2O25 under Sections 329(4,, 324(41' 115(2)' t'26\21' 352 rc-ad u'ith section It is furthcr submitted that 3(5) of BNS against the Pctt[toncr regarding the subject house, six (6) criminal cases were hled in Allapur Police Station in Cr.Nos. 160, 17 l of 2023;9' 60' 131 of 2024 and. 577 of 2025 and ll'raL cl.rargc sheets arc liled in all the cases except in Cr.No.577 12025 and the carscs are pending before concerned courts.
