6. chailenging Initially rhe peririoner hted W.p.No.329O5 of 2025 Endorsement No. l2S5/2025 dated 24.1O.2O25, wherein it was mentioned with regard to the prohibitory list vicle Lr.No.EI/4483/2024 dated 15.03.2025 issued by the District Collector, Ranga Reddy for the suit schedule property and the same was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition to challenge the prohibitory list dated 15.03.2025 and later, without disclosing the said tacts filed the instant writ petition chaltenging the other proceedings issued by the Joint Sub-Registrar which is basing on the prohibitory lisr dated 2t.ot.2025.

7. After observing the same, this Court by order dated 06. 11.2025 has directed the respondent No.4_Joint Sub-Registrar, R.O.(O.B) Ranga Reddy District to appear before this Court on Il.lt.2O2S. On ll.ll.2O2S, rhe respondent No.4-Joint Sub Registrar, R.O.(O.B), has appeared in-person and identified his signatures on the 6 SK, J w.l'No.3.1609 of 2O2 5 - clillerent Proceedings on 24.1O.2O25 and submitted that b-r' r-ristake he has issued tr,,'o different proceedings on thr sarne date with issued same endorsenrent numbers and seeks ti.l e to lile affidavit to that effect. 8 The respondent No.3-Joint Slrb ?egistrar Sri I( Madhusudhan Reddy has fi1ed affidavit irted 12.I1.2025 before the Registry with USR No.1.8996 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025 with regard to ir;;uance ol two endorsements with thc same number ott the same date. It clearly shows that the petitioner herein has suppressed the facts w,ith regard to two different proceedings with the same endorsement and sa-rne number on the same date and also disposal of the earlier writ petition as u,ithdrau,n. It clearly shows suppression of facts and tried to mislead the Court. In view of the same, this writ petition is liable to be dismissecl and the petitioner is liable to pay costs.

10. The respondent No.3 i.e, Sri K. Madhusudhan Reddy, Joint Sub-Regisrrar_I, Stamps and Registration Department R.O.(OB), Ranga Reddy District, is negligent in issuing two endorsements as per his affidavit a,d it crearly shows the dereliction of his duties. In view of the same, the competent authority has to take appropriate action against him for issuance of two different proceedings with the same endorsement on the sarne da1, lor the suit schedule property.
