Heard Sri Ramavaram Chandrashekar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri L' Ravinder, \ learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for the Page 2 of5 respondents and with the consent of both thr parties, this u.rit petition is disposed of at the admission s1-trt ;e itself. 3 , Learned counsel appearing for the pe : tion er r.r,ouid submit that originalll, the father of the petilic ner by name late Pasula Anjaiah is the absolute owner alJ possessor of land to an extent of Ac. 1.23 guntas in Sy.No.2('0/A, Ac. 1.10 guntas in Sy.No.6/U/AA (old Sy.No.6/U), Ac. 26 guntas in Si,.No.7, Acs.3.34 guntas ir-r Sy.No.B/A/AA (ot t S1,.No.8/A), total admeasuring Acs.8.13 guntas, situated rt l(hanapur Village, Gandipeta Mandal, Ranga Reddy Distri :t, having old Pattedar Passbook No.186191 and Patta No.1 r-rd Title Deed No.215367 issued by the revenue authorities When the third parties were trying to interfere with th < lar-ld of the father of the petitioner, they filed O.S.No.56l <t 2022 on tl're file of the learned Additional Junior Civil J rdge, Ranga Reddy District for perpetual iqjunction against the defendants therein and the same was decree I in favour of the father of the petitioner by granting IC perpetual injunction uide decree dated 23.02.2006. !--. .lrEli#t!Br.,. ==r{ y Page 3 of5

The father of the petitioner has sold Ac.O.21 guntas out of total extent of Ac.l.23 guntas in Sy.No.29O/A, situated at Khanpur Village, Galdipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District by executing a registered sale deed bearing document No.6296 of 2OO5, dated 18.06.2005 in favour of P.Narasimha and 5 others and the father of the petitioner has left with the larld to an extent of Ac. 1.02 guntas in Sy.No.29O/A. After the demise of the father of the petitioner in the year 2OL2, the petitioner has been granted patta passbook uide No.TO507OO20 126 but out of Ac.1.O2 guntas only Ac.O.O2 guntas was entered in the petitioner's patta passbook. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has submitted offline application dated 3O.06.2022 to respondent No.4 and online application uide No.23OO 131 128 in Dharani Portal. But the respondent-authorities have not acted upon it. Later on, the petitioner has submitted one other Application in Dharani PortaJ. uide Application No.230013 1 132, dated 21.Oa.2O23. The same was also not considered. Recently, the petitioner made arr application in Bhu-Bharati Portal uide Applicatiort l t, I I I Page 4 of5 No.2500O24959, dated 22.O4.2025 for correcti:.r in pattedar pasbook of the petitioner.
