MADHAVI DEVI ORDER: N In this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction to respondent No.l to take further steps on the letters addressed by the 4th iespondent to lst respondent dated L2.Og.2O2S.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Energr appearing for respondent No. 1, learned Go'ernment Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents No.2, 6, T & B, learned Government preader for Agriculture appearing for respondents No.3 & 4 and Mr.ch.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.9.

3. It is submitted that the land of the 4*, respondent has been forcibly taken by the r"t respondent. A significant amount of correspondence has passed between the respondents and the 4th respondent and finalty a retter dated r2.og.2o25 has been addressed by the 4th respondent to the lst respondent for return of the land.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners are the members of the respondent society and therefore they are pursuing the matter on behalf of the 4th respondent as well. 5' Learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submitted that they are sailing with the petitioners and they have requested the l"t I -2- respondent to return the land, which has been forcibly taken from them.

6. Learnecl Government Pleader for Enerry, however, sought time to get instructions in the matter.

7. After heerring all the parties, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition at the admission stage with a direction to l"t respondent to consider the letter of the 4th 'respondent dated

12.A8.2025 and take suitable action thereon, in accordance with law and if it is not possible to return the land for any reason, the same shall be communicated to the 4th respondent and the petitioners herein expeditiously, preferably rvithin a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
