The Court at the stage of admission made the following ORI ER \ I T E J P A AVA P 7 5 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in releasing retiral benefits to the petitioner' 2. Heard Smt' Uma Devi Nama' learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill' appearing for respondent Nos'1, 3 to 5' and learned Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing for respondent Nos'2 and 6' With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.Whenthematteristakenupforhearing,learnedcounselfor the petitioner submit that the /ls raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjuclicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23l3Sof2025,whichwasdisposedofvideorderdated 03.09.2025, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also' The above made submission is not seriously disputed by the 4 other side.

Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03'09'2025 passed by the Division I -.1 \ \ Bench in W.P.No.2313B of 2025, the present r/'rit Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure hat the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing which, the entire am ) rnt with regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of 1)o/o per annum from the date the amount fell due till it is actually 1t rid.
