4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that, based on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated
24.08.2016,CrimeNo.313of2016wasregistered.ltiSfurther submitted that the allegations in the said complaint disclosed the 2 commission of a non-cognizable offence, and h:rce, the police sought appropriate directions from the jurisdict r,nal Magistrate under Section 155(2) of the Code of Criminal Frrcedure, 1973. Pursuant to such permission, the matter was duly ir vestigated, and after completion of the investigation, a final rep,:1was filed on 31 .122016, classifying the case as "lack of t>ri(sn6g." Thus contends that the grievance raised in the pres: nt writ petition stands effectively redressed, and therefore, r,othing further survives for adjudication

6. The grievance of the petitioner, as urged in t re writ petition, was that his representation dated 24.08.2016 had tot been acted upon by the concerned police authorities. Hovv, rver, from the submissions of the learned Assistant Government I leader and the record now placed before this Court, it is ev dent that the petitioner's representation was duly considered, () ime No.313 of 2016 was registered, the investigation was compltred, and a final report was filed classifying the mafter as "lack of evir lence."
7. ln light of the above factual position, it is clear that the petitioner's grrevance has been effectively addre ssed, and no further direction is warranted from this Court.
