The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3 is not acting upon the order passed by the learned Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court at Hyderabad, in M.A.No.'|03 of 2024, dated 17 .10.2025, whereby the speaking order dated 02.09.2024 passed by respondent No.3 herein was set aside and direction was issued to issue fresh show cause notice with regard to the deviations as noted down by the Advocate Commissioner's report dated 08.09.2025 within two months from the date of the judgment

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that show cause notice has not been issued pursuant to the order of the learned Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court at Hyderabad. Taking advantage of the same, respondent Nos.4 to t have again started making unauthorised construction. I I i I I l w

4. Such contention is disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, and he stated that as of now, there is no construction activity undertaken by respondent Nos.4 to 9. Further, the learned Standing Counsel furnished a copy of the show cause notice dated 03.11.2025 issued to respondent Nos.4 to 9 and it is submitted that enquiry will be conducted in compliance of the order dated

17.10.2025 in M.A.No.103 of 2024 passed by the learned Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court at Hyderabad.

Recordirg the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to comply with the order dated 17.10.2025 in M.A.No.103 of 2024 passed by the learned Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court at Hyderabad, and complete the enquiry pursuant to the show cause notice dated 03.11.2025 within the time frame fixed in M.A.No.103 of 2024. Pending such enquiry, respondent No.3 is directed not to permit respondent Nos.4 to 9 to construct building in deviation of the sanction plan. No order as to costs.
