3. Pctitioner, a resident oI Telangana State, obtained rcgistration for admission to MBBS/BDS course, under management quota, for the acarlcrnic year 2025-26. She l-rad I sccured All India Rank 34258U ur.rder the category of OBC- NCL (Ccntral List). Petitioner contcnds that she submitted an applicarion for admission into NIllllS/llDS course, for the 2 academic vcar 2025-2(t under manasement quota 'I] & C/NRI' categorJr rvitir requisite fee before the curoff clate I-Iowevcr, due to ill herrlth, shc could not exercise rvcb option,; in thc Ftst and seconcL phases oI counselling, for adrnission into MBBS/BDS coursc, under management quota '11 & C/NRI category tirr the academic year 2025-2(t.
