Satyanarayana, aged about 50 years, Rl/o H.No.13-6-438/143, Satyanarayana Colony, Gudimalkapur, Asifnagar, HYderabad' Commissionerate, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. ...RE'P.NDENT' Petition under Article 226 ot lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances. stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus Ueclaring the action of the respondent No.2 and 3 is not taking any action on complaint dated O1 .12.2024 ol the petitioner and also not registering the FIR against the 4th respondent, who is threatening the petitioner and abusing the petitioner on the name of caste with filthy language (Emra Mala Lanjakodaka Emchesukuntavo Chesukora, Ewadiki Chuppukuntavo Chuppuko- po), the unofficial respondent No.4 on dated 28.1'l .2024 around 5.00 PM, illegally entered in the petitioner agriculture land in Sy.No.529 to an extent of Ac.1.1B gts situated at Ghatkesar Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District and broken and removed the petitioner name board from his land, which is showing the land belongs to the petitioner, and forcibly erected the unofficial respondent No.4 name plate (iron board) in the petitioner land. when the petitioner objected regarding removal of his board, the unofficial respondent No.4 having influence and rowdy background threatened the petitioner with filthy language by name my caste (Emra Mala Lanjakodaka Emchesukuntavo Chesukora, Ewadiki Chuppukuntavo Chuppuko-po) and necked out the petitioner from his land, the petitioner immediately approached to the concerned SHO and made a complaint, the SHO not taken any action till'tbday and also the petitioner sent a complaint through registered post to concerned SHO and (Commidsioner of Police) even though there is no crime has been register on petitioner complaint and against the 4th respondent is highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and also in violation of Article 14 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia and consequenfly direct the respondent No.2 and 3 to take immediate action on complaint dated 01 .12.2024 of the petitioner and to register the FIR against the 4th respondent, who is threatening the petitioner and abusing the petitioner on the name of caste with filthy language (Emra Mala Lanjakodaka Emchesukuntavo Chesukora, Evvadiki Chuppukuntavo Chuppuko-po), the unofficial respondent No.4 on dated 28.11.2024 around 5.00 PM, illegally entered in the petitioner agriculture land in Sy.No.529 to an extent of Ac.1.18 gts situated at Ghatkesar Vitlage, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District and broken and removed the petitioner name board from his land, which is showing the land belongs to the petitioner, and forcibly erected the unofficial respondent No.4 name plate (iron board) in the petitioner land, when the petitioner objected regarding removal of his board, the unolficial respondent No.4 having influence and rowdy background threatened the petitioner with filthy language by name my caste (Emra Mala Lanjakodaka Emchesukuntavo Chesukora, Ewadiki Chuppukuntavo Chuppuko-po) and necked out the petitioner from his land, the petitioner immediately approached to the concerned SHO and made a complaint against the 4th respondent 1A NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take immediate action on complaint dated 01 .12.2024 of the petitioner and to register the FIR against the 4th respondent, who is threatening the petitioner and abusing the petitioner on the name of caste with filthy language (Emra Mala Lanjakodaka Emchesukuntavo Chesukora, Ewadiki Chuppukuntavo Chuppuko-po), the unofficial respondent No.4 on dated 28.11.2024 around 5.00 PM, illegally entered in the petitioner agriculture land in Sy.No.529 to an extent of Ac.'l .18 gts situated at Ghatkesar Vitlage, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District and broken and removed the petitioner name board from his land, which is showing the land belongs to the petitioner, and forcibly erected the unofficial respondent No.4 name plate (iron board)'in the petitioner land, when the petitioner objected regarding removal of his board, the unofficial respondent No.4 having influence and rowdy background threatened the petitioner with filthy language by name my caste (Emra Mala Lanjakodaka Emchesukuntavo Chesukora, Ewadiki Chuppukuntavo Chuppuko-po) and necked out the petitioner from his land, the petitioner immediately approached to the concerned SHO and made a complaint against the 4th respondent pending disposal of the Writ Petition Counsel for the Petitioner: SRl.
