JUSTICE JUVVADI SRIDEVI I.A.No.2 of 2024 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.l485l of 2021 CO MMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS by the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 to 5 to quash the proceedings against them in SC POCSO No.6 of 2024 on the fite of II Fast Track Special Court for Rape & POCSO Act Cases at Nagarkurnool, registered for the offences punishable under Sections376,496,504,506 and 201 oflPC.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent No.2, that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, I.A.No. I ol 2024 has been filed to record the compromise between thenl and to cornpound the \ offences.

3. Vide order dated 26.12.2024, tl'is Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Comrnittee, High Court 7 for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report

4. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 03.01.2025 and the same is placed on record.

5. In view of the above, I.A.No.2 of 2024 is allowed. Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 5 in SC POCSO No.6 of 2024 on the file of II Fast Track Special Court lbr Rape & POCSO Act Cases at Nagarkurnool, are hereby quashed.
