When the matter is taken up for hearing, Iearned counsel for the petitioner submit that the lls raised in the prerent Writ Petition ! has already been adjudicated by the Division Ben<:h of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of tide order dated O3.O9.2O25, and thus prayed to pass similar ord--r- in the present \ I Writ Petition a1so. 2

4. The above made submission is not seriously disputed by the other side.

Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by tJ:e Division Bench in W.P.No.2313B of 2025, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released forthwith within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to retiral benefits shal1 carr5r interest at the rate of lOoh per annum from the date the arnount fell due till it is actually paid. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shali be no order as to costs. S P.
