The Gourt made the following: ORDER ir') THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 in/and N IN coMMoN oBDlg: This criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.2 under section 528 of BNSS, 2o23seeking to quash the proceedings against him in P.R.c.No.250 of 2o2s on the file of the learned I Additional chief Metroporitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, registered for the alleged offences punishable under sections 341 333 and 506 riw. 34 of the lndian penal Code, 1g60.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondent No.2-de facto complainant that during the pendency of the present criminal petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingty, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2o2s have been filed seeking permission to compound the offences, record the compromise and quash the proceedings in the above P.R.C. respectively.

3. The learned Additionar public prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions.

4. Perused the affidavit fired by respondent No.2 in l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 which discrose that he has willingly consented for 2 ETD, J crlp_14294 _2025 compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vide order dated 04.11.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 17.11.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in P.R.C.No.25O of 2025 on the file of the learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampalty, Hyderabad, registered against the petitioner-accused No.2 are hereby quashed, subject to the petitioner-accused No.2 paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Onty) to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services t6 <r, 3 i;TD, J crlp _l 4 294 __2025 Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana.
