With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal.

This writ petition has been hled questioning the action of respondent Nos.2 to 7 in not taking action against respondent No.S for his repeated trespass, threats, creation of forged documents and attempt to foist false SC / ST cases in respect of petitioner land in Sy.No.70/A/6 admeasuring Ac.lO-29 guntas, Bommalaramaram Village and Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District as being arbitrary and illegal and seeking a consequentiat direction to respondent police to provide adequate protection to the life and propertSr of petitioner and sa feguard his lawful posscssion.

The facts in brief as stated are that the petitioner claims to the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Ac. 10.29 guntas in Sy.No.70/A/6 situated at Bommalaramram Village and Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District (hereinafter referred as 'subject property'). The petitioner purchase d the subject property from respondent No.B. Respondent No.8 having alienated the subject property voluntarily started demanding additional money and resorting to illegal acts to dispossess the petitioner . On 12.03 .2025 a base block for installation of a transformer was constructed in the I 2 land of petitioner but the same was illegally demolis eed at night. On enquiry, it was revealed that respondent No.g trespit rsed into the land of pe titioner and damaged the said structure. Agrr n on r2.og.2o2s respondent No.8 unlawfully entered into the land cf petitioner with a bulldozer and illegally leveiled the land, attempt I I to disturb his peaceful possession. Thereafter, petitioner has file < a complaint on 21.10.2025 and the poiice registered a case in crinr : No.26g of 2o2s dated 21.10.2025 for the oflences punishable under jections 329 (3), 324 (4), 323 (2) of BNS. Furthe r, rhe petirioner hr s filed a suir in o.S.No'22 of 2025 before the Hon'ble Additional S. rior civil Judge, Bhongir, whercin interim injunction was grantrr in favour of petitioner on 27.O1.2025 vide I.A.No.52 of 2O2S restraining the respondent No.8 from interfering with the possessior rf the petitioner and the said order is still in subsistence. It is sut mitred that the respondent No.iJ is continuously violating the civii ( ourt injunction orders and creating forged documents and brirr; ing anti_social elements to the subject property and on 31,.1O.2O25, r :spondent No.g again attempted to trespass into the subject proper ),. Thereafter, again petitioner approached respondent No.7 on I l.lO.2O25 and submitted written complaint.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ;ince no action has been taken on the earrier complaint dated 21 .ro.')- \2s vide crime No.268 of 2025 dated 2l.lO.2O2S, another complaint ri, rs given by the petitioner on 31.1O.2025 to respondent No.5, even thor- gh respondent , l authorities did not act upon the same. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is ftled.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home fairly submits that the complaint of the petitioner dated 31.10.2025 would be considered.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is disposed of with consent directing the respondent No.7 to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 31. lO.2O25 by strictly following the due procedure as contemplated under law within a period of (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
