Accordingty, compromise is recorded and the case is settted before the Lok Adatat ln view of the above setttement, the Insurance Company has agreed to pay the settled amount within a period of (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Award, after deducting the amount that was deposited, if any. ln the event of defautt or detay in making such deposit, the Appetlant is entitled to claim interest as awarded by the Tribunat. 1. The Appettant is entitled to the refund of Court Fee paid in this appeat. 2. The amount already deposited by the lnsurance Company if any, shall be given credit to. 3. Soon after deposit by the lnsurance Company, the Appettant/Ctaimant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount. ln token of consent for the above setttement and award, the parties and their counset have signed this award in our presence. ln terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties, this case stands disposed of. /:
