2. The petitioner herein is plaintiff No.l in o.S. No.g4l of 2016 pending on the file of II Additional District and sessions Judge - cum - I Additional Family court, Medchal - Malkajgiri District. She and her sister, respondent No.6 herein have filed the aforesaid suit against the respondent Nos.l to 5 herein seeking partition and separate possession of suit schedule properties. The suit is of the year 20t6. Even then, the trial court is not disposing of the said suit in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

3. Learned counsel, on instructions, would submit that an interlocutory application filed by the pldintiffs to bring the legal representations of deceased No.3 and petition filed by defendant No.5 to set aside ex parte order, are pending. The suit is posted to a

24.11.2025 and it is.6oming up for plaintiffs' evidence. Therefore, she is seeking a direction to trial Court for disposal of the said suit in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. \ \ : / I !J 'j I ! The year lggg was observed as ..Intemational Year of order persons"- In view of the ,.Nationar poricy for order Persons" adopted by the Government of India, the erstwh,e High court of Andhra pradesh at Hyderabad issued a circurar vide ROC'No.4790/rggg/op cer-', dated .o2.tt.rggg directing a, the Judicial officers in the State to identify and dispose of mafters in which persons above "65 years" of age are invorved, on priority basis. Subsequentry, erstwhire the High court of Andhra pradesh Circulars vide ROC.No.3 465 /E-t /2003, issued dated 05.t2.2003, ROC.No. t23O/Op Cell-E/2005, dated 20.08.2005 and ROc'No.3 465/E-1/2003, dated 14.12.20, and rhe High courr of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh vide Circular in ROC.No.S 226/Op Cell-E/2014, dared 20'12.20t4' in which specific instructions are issued to give priority to the cases rerating to senior citizens for the expeditious disposar. Considering the said facts and the relief sought, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself by waiving with notice to respondent Nos.l to 5 by invoking power of this Court under Article - 227 of the Constitution of India. Leamed II Additionat District and Sessions Judge - cum - I Additional Family Court, Medchal - Malkajgiri District, shall dispose of the aforesaid O.S. No.84l of 2016 strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. In the circumstances of the cases, there shall be no order as to costs.
