Respondents : COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 to 5 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No. 1422 of 2O24 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-VIII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy Districr at Kukatpally, for the offences under Sections 498-4 of the IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act..
2. Mr. G. Sanjeeva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Y. Joseph, learned counsel for respondent No.2, submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the dispute and entered compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, respondent No.2 filed I.A.Nos. 1 and 2 of 2O2S to pcrmit them to 2 compound the offences and to record the compromise entered between them respectivelY.
3.ThisCourtuideorders,datedo3.1l.2o25ando4.|2.2o25, directed the par-ties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No'2' to appear before the High court L,egal Services committee, Hyderabad' on or before L4.1t.2O25 and 1o.L2.2O25 respectively' In compliance of the said orders, the secretary, High court Legal services committee, has submitted reports, clated 14.12'2025 and lo'L2'2O25' stating that the petitioners and respondent No.2 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards. It is further stated that the parties have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise'
4. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 has not opposed the same. S.ThepartieshereinhavefiledJointMemoalongwithl.A.No.2of 2025. The said Joint Memo and the report of the secretary, Telangana High courl Legal services committee, Hyderabad, are placed on record.
