4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was working as Badli worker frorn 2O.O4.2007 and subsequently, he was dismissed from service uide order dated 19.04.2O19. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner raised I.D. No.O2 of 2022 before the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Godavarikhani.
