Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking to declare the action of respondent No.4 in issuing Lr.No.B/ 26ls / 2oL9-3 dated L7.La.2o19 directing the respondent Nos.S arld 6 to declare the land in sy.No.72 admeasuring Ac.l B.oT guntas, situated at Agganoor Village, yalal Mandal, vikarabad District, to notify under section 22(a)(iXe) of the aRegistration Act, 19o8 (for brevity, "the Act, 1908") for \ 2 prohibition of illegal sales of endowments 1an,cs including the land of the petitioner in sy.No.z2lt admeasuring Ac.15.33 gts situatecl at Agganoor village, yalal Manclal, vikarabad District (for brevity, "subject land,,), ." iflegat and arbitra4r, and consequently to direct the respondents to delete the subject land of the petitioner from the prohibitory list.

3. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner further submits that. subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner made a representation to respondent No.3 on 03.1L.2025. In view of the same, learned senior counsel requested this Court to direct the respondent No.3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.1 L.2o2s.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for stamps and Registration submits that the respondent arrthorities will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders in acr:ordance with law. Therefore, learned Assistant Governrnent pleader requested this Court to pass appropriate ord.ers. \ \ 3

In view of the submissions made on either side, without going into the merits of the case, this v/rit petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03. 1 t.2O2S, for removal of the petitioner's land situated in Sy.No.72f l, adrneasuring Ac.15.33 gts situated at Agganoor village, yalal Mandal, Vikarabad District from the prohibited property list and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within three (o3) months from the. date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
