2. Heard Sri A.Venkatesh, learned Ser ior Counsel representing Sri N.Pavan Krishna Reddy, learnecl c runsel fo.,th_: _ l I i I i l : ! I i 1 : 2 Evv,J Wp 33128_202s \' petltloner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and with their consent, this u'rit petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage. In view of the nature of relief sought for in this writ petition, issuance of notice to the unofhcial respondents is dispensed with.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would submit thal respondent Nos.5 to 8, who are the owners and possessors of the land admeasuring Acs.11.26 guntas in Sy.Nos.l2l l, l2l3/A, l2l4 lA, 1215 and 1216 situated at Shamirpet, Medchal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, have approached the petitioner and expressed their intention to entrust the said 'land to the petitioner for the purpose of development into residential plots and farm lands. In furtherance of the mutual understanding and in order to formalizr- the agreed conditions, the petitioner and respondent Nos.s to 8 have entered into a development agreement, dated 27.12.2O02 wherein it was agreed that the petilioner and respondent Nos.5 to 8 each would be entitled to 5O:50 of the total developed property and the petitioner was entitled to sell its 50% share. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has not disputed the submission of the petitioner's r )presentation, d.ated 26.05.2O25 and submitted that appropli rre directions would be issued to enable the official responde: -s to examine the case of the petitioner.
