2. Heard learned counsei appearing for the petitioners ald Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader Page 2 of4 - for Revenue, for respondent Nos.7 to 4 anrl perused the record.

Learned counsel appearing for the petrtroners would submit that petitioner No.2 is the daughter of 1>ertitioner No.1 and petitioner No. 1 is the absolute owner an(l possessor of house property consisting of 150 sq.yards bcaring House No.6- 156/,{ consisting 4 rooms situated at Jillella Village, Tangallapalli Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla Dist -ict zrnd the petitioners along with their family are living in the above house property since 50 years and petitioner IVo.1 is also paying tax to respondent No.5 Grampalchayat. While the matter stood, the Government of Telanga n a through respondent No.3 has acquired the petitioners hcuse properry under road exp.nsion from Jirlela v rage to sir:i[a Town in 2022 and the respondents have acquired i 15 sq..1.arcis out of total 15O sq.yards and now it is left with orJy 1 room. Respondent No.,) ald other revenue officials hr,ve informed the petitioners that instead of paying the comper sation, they will aliot t housr: as the Government constructing 27 dortble bedroo_r-n independent houses in the outskirts; of Jillella Pagc 3 of4 Viliage arrd ultimately the petitioners moved to a rental accommodation.

Learned counsel further submitted that after acquiring the subject property in the year 2022, the petitioners are going round the respondents offices srnce 2022 for a-llotment of double bedroom houses as promised during the acquisition of the petitioners property. The petitioners have been giving representation to the respondents, Vice Chairman Telangana State Planning Board, BC Welfare Minister, the then Finance Minister and also respondent No.3 dated 13.10.2025 uide applicalion bearing Registration No.RJO57/E/2025l00068 in the Prajavani with a request to allot the double bedroom independent house. The decision of Prajavani Application IS pending till date. Hence, the present rrvrit petition

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the respondent-authorities will consider the case of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law l'ase,l ot 4 - In the tight of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of 6. the case, this writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider tllt: Prajavani Application No'RJ057/tr/2025/00068' dated 13-1O-2025 submitted b.r, the petitioners, strictly in accord:rrtce rvith law by putting the petitioners and a-ll affected parli(rs on notice and affording them an opportunity. If respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not inclined to accept the request r eiede by the petitioners, tht:y shall pass an order assig-r:ng specific reasons and communicate copy of the said order to the petitioners. They shall complete the entire as e:<peditiously as possible and in accordance with law. Thert shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stald dismissed.
