Petition under Article 226 ot the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of [\/andamus by declaring the action of the Respondent No.6 in interfering into the peaceful life and liberty of the Petitioner and also interfering into the peaceful running of 9 Barwarchi Hotel and Restaurant, which is situated at Nagarguda Village H/o Tallapally Village, Shabad Mandal. Ranga Reddy District and threatening the Petitioner to handover the Hotel of the Petitioner to the Respondent No. 7, as the Respondent No. 6 is influenced by the Respondent No. 7 this is highly illegal, arbitrary, u nconstitutional and violation of Articles 14, 15,21 and 3004 of constitution of lndia and also violation of principles of Natural Justice and consequently to direct the Respondent No-6 not to interfere into the Petitioner's peaceful life and liberty as well as his peaceful running of 9 Bawarchi I hotel and restaurant, located in Sy. It is turthcr sLrtccl that on 2{.10.2024, responclcnt No.7 husband dicd due to brain str()ke and thereafter, on 16.10.2025, when respondent No.7 nent to the subject hotcl, Sri.Srinivas and Sri.Ramesl-r along with the petitioner stated that the strbjcct hotcl bclong to them and threatened her to leave the subject property.
