2. Heard Mr.K.Vasanth Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government E \ 2 Pleader for Revenue representing learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners filed F-line application bearing Nos.DERO I 2'2401 1 00 738 and DERO/224O1100730 dated 10.08.2024 before official respondents seeking to conduct sub-division survey pertaining to survey nos.325l28 (Ac.4-23 gts.), 40611 (Ac.0-39 gts.), 406/4 (Ac.4-25 gts.), 406/48 (Ac.1-12 gts.),4OTl1 (Ac.4-04 gts.), and aO6/2(Ac.O.2O gts) 406/28 (Ac. 2-2O gts) situated at Adloor Villa-ge, Kamareddy Mandal and District and fix boundaries. But so far no survey is conducted and respondent No.3 vide impugned endorsement No.A2/ lO4/2025 dated 15.O2.2025 held as follows:- "Further it is to inform that the then Inspector of Survey Kamareddy has attended the demarcation on 01.08.2024 vide this office file bearing No.Al/365 /2023. Panchanama not conducted due to without Sub-Division of Sy.No.325, 406, 4O7 the demarcation could not be done. So, unable to issue Panchanama. This is for information". Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks a direction to official respondents to pass appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, by I filing the written instructions contended that the petitioners J have already preferred W.P.No.23442 of 2024 and W.P.No.35195 of 2024 seeking the very szrme relief before this Court; that W.P.No.2 3442 of 2024 was disposed of on 19 .O9.2O24 and W.P.No.3S195 of 2024 was disposed of on 20.O3.2025; that by suppressing the said facts, the petitioners filed the present Writ \ Petition.
5. He further contends that in compliance of the order dated
20.03.2025 passed by this Court in earlier W.P.No.35195 of ( ( 2024, notices were already issued to the parties concerned for conducting survey on O5.L2.2O25. Since, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication, learned counsel seeks to dismiss this Writ Petition.
6. Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the fact that survey with respect to the subject tands is purported to be conducted on 05.12.2025, this Court does not see any reason or ground to keep this Writ Petition pending any further.
