Heard K.Gani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.lvl.srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents No'1 to 8'

3.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, despite a representation dated 10.08.2017, the respondent No'7 failed to take action against the unofficial respondents and allegedly threatened to kill the petitioners. Aggrieved by such inaction and conduct, the petitioners have approached this court seeking appropriate directions

3.2. He further submits that, by an interim order dated 28'08'2017 ' this court had directed respondent No.7 to register a crime based on the said representation. However, it is contended that no further information regarding compliance or subsequent proceedings has 2 been plar:ed before this Court. Hence, the learned counsel prays that apprr:priate directions be issued

4.1. Leerrned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents No.1 to 8, submits that in compliance with the interim direction issued by this Court, a case was registered as Crime ttlo.700 of 2017, based on the representation dated

10.08.2017 submitted by the petitioner. lt is further submitted that, after due. investigation, a charge sheet was filed, and the case has been taken cognizance of and numbered as C.C. No.49313 of 2019 on the file of the learned XIV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First CIass, Kukatpally. The matter is currently pending for examination on 10.1 1.2025.

4.2. ln view of the above developments, he submits that the grievance of the petitioners has been effectively redressed, as the investigertion has been completed and the matter is now before the competernt criminal court. Accordingly, it is prayed that the writ petition be dismissed as having become infructuous.

5. I l'rave perused the material on record.

6. Ttre grievance of the petitioners, as set out in the writ petition, is that respondent No.7 failed to act on their representation dated 3

10.08.2017 by not taking appropriate action against the unofficial respondents. However, from the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, it is evident that pursuant to the interim order of this Court, the police authorities have registered Crime No.700 of 2017, conducted a detailed investigation, and filed a charge sheet, which has culminated in C.C. No.49313 of 2019, presently pending before the learned XIV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kukatpally for trial.

7. This sequence of events clearly establishes that the respondents have acted upon the petitioner's representation and that the grievance raised in the writ petition stands effectively addressed.

8. ln view of the above factual position, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further adjudication is warranted in the present matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
