3. Vide order dated 19.12.2024, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the ( ( 2 Secretary, IJigh Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to subrnit a report.

4. Pursuant to the above said directiorr issued by this Cour1, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has identified the parlies and submitted a report, datod 26.12.2024 and the sarne is placed on record.

5. In vieu' of the above, I.A.Nos.3 zr.nd 4 of 2024 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crl.Appeal No.04 of 2021 on the fiie of Principal District and Sessions .ludge, Yadadri-Bhongir District at Bhongir C.C.No.652 of 2009 on the file of Additional First Class Magistrate.
