3.Learned.counselforthepetitionerswouldsubmitthatthe e4petitioners-a?EtheabsoluteownersandpoSSeSSorSof i 2 wo:n001\Y;:s agricultur-al land to an extent of Acs.3.O4 guntas in Sy.No.192 situated at Lingara v,rage, Kannepalri Manda.r, Mancheriar District' Learned counser for the petitioners wourd further submit that, when the unofficial respondents, along with some others' are illega'y interfering into the lands of the petitioners by disturbing the agricultural operations without having any right and titre, the petitioners have approached respondent No.3 and filed a case, which was humbered as Fire No.G7,37g 3/2012. After verificatio. of the records, respondent No.3 uid.e order, dated 26.03.2016, set aside the 13_B certilicates issued in favour of the pattadars in Sy.Nos.2O, lTT, 1g2, 274 and 214. Learned counser for the petitioners wourd further submit that, thereafter, the pefitioners made representation, dated L5'10'2025 seeking for mutation of their names in the revenue records in terms of trre order passed by respondent No.3 in F,e No'G/37g3/20r2, dated 26.03.2016 in respect of the Iand admeasuring Acs'3'04 guntas out of Acs.4.04 guntas in Sy.No.192, situated at Lingala Village, Kannepaili Mandal, Mancheriar Disrrict. Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, has submitted that the petitioners have not made the online application in appropriate module of Bhu Bharati Portal and if the petitioners make fresh online application duly enclosing all the necessary documents, the respondent authorities would consider the same

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court, without going into the merits and demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioners to make a fresh online apprication in appropriate module of Bhu Bharati portar and on such apprication being made by the petitioners, if it furfirs all the requirements under the provisions of the Terangana Bhu Bharati (Records of Rights in Land) Act, 2025, respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to consider the same after issuing notice to all the concerned including the unofficiar respondents and affording an opportunity of personar hearing to them and pass appropriate orders in accordance with raw within a period of eight (os) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said apprication. Since this Court has directed the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to , l 4 EVV, J Wp-33007-2025 consider r.he application of the petitioners and pass necessary orders thereon duiy putting all the interested persolls, including the unofficial respondents herein, on notice' notice to the unofficial r:espondents ir-r the present writ petition is dispensed with. 6 Accor:dingll', this Writ Petition is disposed of There shall be no order as to costs
