24.09 .2025 requesting to stop the illegal construction undertaken by respondents No.4 and 5 in the property bearing Plot No.120, Alkapoor 'fownship, Block-H, Sector-1, Survey Nos.79, 80, 102' 103 and 104' Neknampur Vitlage, Candipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as being itlegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Heard Mr. K.Rajeshwar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Kanchani Laxmaiah, leamed Standing Counsel ior GHMC' appearing for respondents No.2 and 3; and perused the material on record. l- Leamed counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the joint purchaser of the property bearing Plot Nos.l20, Alkapoor Township, Block-H, Sector-l, in Survey Nos.79, 80, 102, 103 and 104, Neknampur Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy, having purchased the same under registered sale deed bearing document No.58l of 2020 dated 2'7.12.2019. While so, respondent No.5 created a fabricated 2 registered document in respect of the subject pr( perty. In that connection, the petitioner filed suit in O.S. No.l49 cl 2020 before the leamed Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy, for declz .ation of title and cancellation of sale deed. Respondent No.4 obtained bL lding permission vide permit No.229393lM ANW052912022 dared 17 .l | .2022 for construction ol- residential apartment for stilt -f J upper floors. Respondent No.5 is the developer of respondent N:4; both of them constructed stilt + 5 upper floors against the sar:tioned plan for construction of stilt + 3 floors. Thereafter, the ;tc.itioner submitted representation dated 24.09 2025 to the respondent aurlorities requesting thern to stop the i llegal construction undertaken by .espondents No.4 and 5 but so far no action has been initiated. As therc ; inordinate delay on the part of thc respondent authorities in considerinlr the representation of the petitioner, he is constrained to approach this Co r t.

4. Learned Standing Counsel for GHMC submitre I that appropriate action will be taken on the representation of the petrt r ner in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this wrir p:tition is disposed of directing respondents No.l and 3 to act upon the r: ;resentation of the J petitioner dated 24.09.2025 requesting to stop the itlegal construction undertaken by respondents No.4 and 5 in the property bearing Plot No.120, Alkapoor Township, Block-H, Sector-1, Survey Nos'79, 80, 102, 103 and 104, Neknampur Village, Gandipet Mandal' Ranga Reddy District, by giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondents No.4 and 5, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As the order is passed without entering into the merits of the case' notice to respondents No.4 and 5 is dispensed with' However if' respondents No.4 and 5 are, in any way aggrieved by this order' thel'are at liberty to approach this Cout seeking modification of this order' There shall be no order as to costs.
